Election Update from Florida Trump Victory Team

November 6, 2020

Hi all!

I thought I would give a quick update on what we have been doing since Election night. The Florida Trump Victory team (or almost the whole team) went to Atlanta on the morning of the 4th.  Since we arrived, we have been chasing ballot cures, going to houses, picking up voters and driving them to the Elections office to cure their ballot.  We don’t know if it will be enough, but we know we needed to try.

People from the state Republican party, and volunteers from SC, NC and GA came together to make calls to assist us, and to start working Senate runoff campaigns.  It is heartening to see so many strangers come together in support of the country and the President.  In fact, while looking for an address, we drove past an elections office and saw a moderate crowd standing outside the door.  Being suspicious of everything, we decided to stop and see what was going on.  I carried some random papers up toward the building and said, “Is this where I can fix an error on my ballot?”  People immediately stopped talking and one woman said, “We aren’t in line, we are here to show support for the President.  Maybe you won’t like that, but that’s why we are here.”  I just laughed and handed her a business card.  Then they gave me copies of two “voters” who were deceased at the time their ballots were cast.  I passed it to our attorneys.  Funny coincidence.

I tell you this story because we still have hope that we can each make a difference. Everything you do makes a difference.  As long as we don’t let this fraud go on uncontested, our country will remain strong.  We had a good warmup during the lockdown to see how we walk a slippery slope to becoming a country we don’t recognize.  Another thing we learned was how BIG we came back – and I don’t mean the economy, I mean how we stepped more boldly into expressing our political and spiritual beliefs.  We won’t let them shut us down again.

Thank you for continuing to fight!
