The recipient of the 2021 CFDC Chair Award is Senator Kelli Stargel.  Central Florida Development Council (CFDC) Chair Dr. Angela Garcia Falconetti said Senator Stargel’s impact on economic development has been profound, making her the “top choice” for this award.
