Executive Profile

During the past 30 years, beginning in 1992 as a family teacher (house parent) with Father Flanagan’s Boys Town, I have dedicated my life providing positive change, inspiring the lives of others as a foster parent, adoptive parent, educator, counselor and child welfare executive and administrator. I have a hands-on, can do attitude with a strong work ethic that believes in going above and beyond. I believe that Meaningful Relationships are the key factor in building and maintaining attachment and bonding between children and their parents, preventing the disruption of families as well as Educational Success.
