Harnessing a Safe Future for AI in America
As a member of the House Task Force on Artificial Intelligence, it is important for me to hear from leaders within the technology industry on the current state of artificial intelligence (AI), and from business leaders about the ways in which AI affects their industries.
This week, the Committee on House Administration hosted a forum to discuss AI in the legislative branch, and how we can harness AI to provide better service to the public. I will continue to work toward policies that promote safe AI innovation and ingenuity.

Working to Combat Online Child Exploitation
This week, my bill, the REPORT Act, passed out of the House Judiciary Committee and will now head to the House floor for a vote. In recent years, crimes involving the exploitation of children online through Child Sex Abuse Material (CSAM) have increased worldwide. The REPORT Act will modernize and strengthen current reporting procedures, like the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, or NCMEC’s CyberTipline. This bill will assist law enforcement in the fight against the online exploitation of children.
Watch here.
