America Must Get Serious About Our Border Security

Over the last 3 and a half years, more than 10 MILLION illegal immigrants have crossed America’s borders, including hundreds who appear on the terrorist watch list. All American communities, even right here in Florida, have experienced an increase of crime and other illegal activity because of reckless and lawless open-border policies. The Biden-Harris administration’s border agenda is unsustainable and poses a grave threat to the safety and sanctity of our nation.

As your Representative in Congress, securing our border and protecting our community remains at the forefront of my work in Washington. Last year, House Republicans passed the strongest border security bill in history—H.R. 2, the Secure the Border Act of 2023. This bill would restart construction of the border wall, end dangerous catch and release policies, increase the number Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) agents, and bolster our border technology. It is past time for America to get serious about our border security—and that is exactly what I’m fighting to do. To learn more about my work for you in Congress, please visit my website or call my D.C. office at (202) 225-5626.
